MNS type low-voltage extraction switch cabinet, the cabinet body adopts a standard analog and digital design, with a compact structure, and is composed of reinforced C profile assembly. The cabinet frame  and  all  internal  components  are  processed with  aluminum  zinc  plate, which  has  strong  anticorrosion ability. Each function and unit can be interchanged to improve the reliability ofpower supply.
MNS type low-voltage extraction switchgear is suitable for power plants, substations, petrochemical, metallurgical and steel rolling, light industry and textile and other factories and mining enterprises and residential  communities,  high-rise  buildings  and  other  places.  It  is  used  as  the  power  distribution equipment of power systems with AC 50 ~60Hz and a rated working voltage of 400V. 1000 AC SOHz, rated operating voltage of 400V, insulated voltage 690V, rated current 6300A and below. Thousands  of power  plants,  substations,  industrial  and mining  enterprises,  airports,  docks,  petroleum, chemical, metallical, textile, high-rise buildings and other industries are widely used for power generation, transmission and distribution,power conversion and control.
Structural characteristics
>The main frame adopts C-shaped steel, adopts a standard modular design,with a modulus of 25mm, strong structural versatility, flexible and convenient internal assembly.
>The structural design is compact, and it can accommodate more functional units in a smaller space.
>The heat dissipation in operation is fully considered when designing the cabinet. There are different numbers of heat dissipation tank holes up and down, so that the closed cabinet body forms a natural ventilation duct from the bottom up to achieve the purpose of heat dissipation.
>The functional rooms of the device are isolated from each other, and the compartments are divided into functional unit rooms,bus rooms and cable rooms. The functions of each chambers are relatively independent.
>The top cover of the cabinet can be removed when needed to facilitate the assembly and adjustment ofthe main bus line on site. The top of the cabinet is equipped with rings at the top of the cabinet,which are hoisted and shipped with a thousand lifts.
