Product Overview
The TBB series of high-voltage reactive compensation gas is a comperative reactive
power compensation device that improves the power factor, adjusts the voltage, and
reduces the loss of the power grid in the 6,000kV and 10kV power systems. At the same time, it is also widely used in high-power high-voltage motor equipment in metallurgy, mining, building materials, petrochemical, water supply and drainage and other
industries. It operates in parallel with the motor to improve the power factor, reduce line loss, save energy, stabilize the voltage, and improve the quality of the power grid.
Structural characteristics
>It adoptsa high-quality three-phase electric capacitor,with lower operating temperature,high discharge starting voltage, good sealing and high reliability.
〉 The compensation discharge components in the capacitor can be reduced to less than 50V within 3 minutes after the compensation and discharge components are removed from the power grid.
>Improve the power factor of power consumption equipment, which can be increased to more than 0.95 and reduce the current by 10~20%;
>Improve the operation efficiency of the equipment and reduce the reactive power loss of the line.
>Improve the quality of power supply, improve the power of electrical equipment,improve the load rate of transformers and the efficiency of electrical equipment, and increase the power supply capacity;
〉 Equipped with high-voltage charged display, electromagnetic lock, observation window, with forced locking function,
>The structural design desk is easy to use and can be projected synchronously with the motor.
Conditions of use
〉 Ambient temperature -40°C~+4s 0c;
〉 Relative humidity of air <95%;
〉 Elevation: ≥2000m (elevation above 2000m can be specially designed according to specific working conditions)
〉 The maximum operating voltage shall not exceed 110% of the rated voltage (except for the transition process)
〉 The maximum working current should not exceed 1.3 times the rated current (except for the transition process).
