The YB-12 high-voltage/low-voltage pre-installed substation is used in 10kV ring network power supply, dual power supply or terminal power supply system as a complete set of substation, distribution meter,
compensation, control and protection. In addition to transformers, the high-voltage side is not equipped with four-station (or two-position) load switches, backup protection fuses and plug-in fuses; the low-voltage side can be equipped with control electrical appliances, distribution appliances, compensation devices and loan meters according to the user's requirements. Use transformer oil as insulation and arc extinguishing medium.

Main uses
YB-12 high-voltage/low-voltage pre-installed substation is widely used in industrial and civil cable ring network and power supply terminal engineering. It is used in urban high-rise buildings, urban and rural buil、dings, residential communities, high-tech development zones, small and medium-sized industrial plants, mines and oil fields, and temporary construction of electricity. It is used for receiving and distributing electric energy in the power distribution system.
Structural characteristics
>   Box:
>  The base ofYB-12 high-voltage/low-voltage pre-installed substation is made of channel steel welded and
coated with anti-rust paint after anti-rust treatment. The shell is made of environmentally friendly
composite profile plate, thin steel plate or aluminum alloy plate. The top steel plate is lined with a heat
insulation layer, and there were heat dissipation ventilation holes on the four sides last week. The layout of the box can be designed into eye font and product font according to the design or electricity needs; it can be designed into an environmentally friendly landscape type or ordinary type according to the location ofthe installation environment. There are three independent isolation rooms: Dai high-voltage room, transformer room and low-voltage room.
>   High-pressure chamber:
>  Built-in 10kV (6kV) high-voltage distribution cabinet, commonly used ordinary SF6 load switch cabinet or inflatable SF6 load switch cabinet; vacuum circuit breaker cabinet can be configured when the transformer capacity is large.
>  Transformer room:
>  Dry, oil-immersed or special transformers can be configured. The roof ofthe room is equipped with a  ventilation and heat dissipation device. The bottom ofthe oil-immersed transformer is equipped with an oil seepage grid, and a protective partition is installed.
>   Low-pressure chamber:
>   Built-in fixed or pull-out distribution cabinet; the box is equipped with a meter observation window, which is convenient for outdoor meter reading.
