The S13, S20, and S22 series fully sealed oil-fill transformers are suitable for power systems with AC 50H2 and rated operating voltage of 20kV and below, serving as distribution transformers for petroleum, metallurgy, chemical, textile, light industry, and other enterprises, as well as in dust-rich locations.

Product features

• Iron core

The core uses high-magnetic permeability grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets. The core is a new type, a fully inclined seam stacked core, with the core column forming a circular cross-section of multiple steps, and the yoke and core having equal cross-sections.

• Winding

The winding uses corrugated oil channels, does not use paint coating technology, and is tightened with strap binding; All windings are concentric coils: high-voltage windings have taps corresponding to tap change voltage requirements, which are connected to tap changers, which are installed on the box cover and must be powered off before switching to tap voltage.

• Safety protection devices

30~2000kVA transformers are equipped with pressure relief valves;

Gas relays with alarm and trip terminals can be installed according to user requirements;

• Oil temperature measurement device

All transformers are equipped with glass thermometer tube seats, which are set at the top of the oil tank and extend 120 ±10mm into the oil;

1000~2000kVA transformers equipped with outdoor signal thermometers;

• Transformer oil tank

The transformer oil tank is made of corrugated walls, with a surface coated with dust spray and a paint film around the perimeter. Corrugated heat sinks not only have cooling functions but also "suction" functions. The elasticity of corrugated heat sinks can compensate for changes in transformer oil volume caused by temperature fluctuations. Therefore, fully sealed transformers do not have an oil storage cabinet, reducing the overall transformer height;

During packaging, vacuum oil injection is used to completely remove moisture from the transformer, preventing the transformer oil from contacting air. Effectively prevents oxygen and moisture from entering the transformer, which could lead to reduced insulation performance and possible oil aging. Therefore, irregular oil sample tests are conducted;

The fins can expand and contract with the volume of the transformer oil, isolating the transformer interior from the atmosphere and preventing oil deterioration and insulation moisture and aging. The coil is wound with high-strength enameled wire (or paper-wrapped wire), featuring a cylindrical (or cake) structure, uniform amp-turn distribution, reasonable insulation structure, and strong short-circuit resistance. After phosphating treatment, the tank surface is coated with three proofs (moisture-proof, mold-proof, and salt spray coating), making it widely used in harsh environments such as metallurgy, mining, and petrochemicals.

Our company's S13 series uses high-quality 0.23mm magnetically permeable oriented silicon steel sheets. All high- and low-voltage windings are made of copper foil and copper wires. The high-voltage windings use a multi-layer cylindrical structure to ensure balanced ampere-turn distribution, low magnetic leakage, high mechanical strength, and strong short-circuit resistance. The coils and core are vacuum dryed, and the transformer oil uses vacuum filtration and oil injection processes. This improves the internal insulation strength of the transformer, features a brand-new structural design and manufacturing process, and adopts a fully sealed bellows oil tank design and manufacturing design, resulting in an attractive appearance.
